It bakes good loaves and they are obviously small. We cant always finish a full sized loaf from the full sized pan within the somewhat short shelf life of fresh bread without preservatives. Two smaller loaves from different recipes are just right for our family. When she went to use it the first time, we found that the hole through one of the paddles was machined crooked and would not sit all the way down. There was almost an inch gap between the bottom of the paddle and the bottom of the pan. Because of this I give this a very poor rating. |
